Oh! Look! Pictures that aren’t from a decade ago!!!
I love going to Italy. Being half-Italian myself, it has to be one of my favorite places to go. This year, I did a three day week-end to the Cinque Terre National Park and let me tell you it’s just as beautiful in real life as on the picture you find on the web.
Aside from its gorgeous landscapes, the Cinque Terre is also known for its hiking paths. Unfortunately, a few of those were closed due to bad weather, otherwise you can actually walk throught the five cities. I still got to do Vernazza to Monterosso al Mare and it was such a great experience.
Portovenere is another city in the Ligurian coast and just as pretty as the Cinque Terre villages, those stacked colored houses are just wow.
As an extra, I also got to stop in Parma, city of the cheese and ham (is there anything else?) of the same name, of course.
I gathered my favorite pictures below and the rest is available on flickr.
I recently finished uploading the pictures I took in Ireland back in 2011 (my backlog is still enormous so this isn’t the last of old pictures you’ll see here).
I choose to do a university semester abroad, at the Waterford Institute of Technology which is located south-east of the country, between Dublin and Cork.
I stayed about 5 months out of the country and during that time I had the opportunity to visit some gorgeous place, like the Cliffs of Moher.
Some of my favorite shots can be found below and, as usual, the rest is up on flickr.
I am currently post-processing the pictures I took from 2010 to now, it’s a long and tedious process (that I’m not even promoting here, for now) especially when it comes to concert pictures (about 75% of the entire load). So I thought it’d be nice to switch to travel pictures for a bit (what a change of scenery, between dimply-lit venues and open-sky, heh).
I went to London about 2 years ago, it was my first time visiting since I was a kid, so I was super excited to plan every stop in the city!
Unfortunately, as it was 2 years ago, I’m a little fuzzy on the details (that’ll teach me :|), but the pictures I selected are mostly self-explanatory, so enjoy!
Below are a few of my favorite shots, but there are a load more in the flickr album!
Last year, I attended
The Hunger Games premiere in Paris, as in actually attended the showing. Sadly, the prices for the sequel were extravagant this time, so I only decided to hang around the theater.
I went right after work so I only had my trusty phone with me to shoot videos. Which you can view after the cut below.
Ahhh, after weeks of obsessive listening, I was lucky to find out that MS MR had a stop in Paris.
Usually, when I crush on a band, I always find out weeks after the show or when it’s sold out that they’re coming to town (latest accountable were Imagine Dragons), so this time I didn’t waste any second booking my tickets!
